This article explains how to view the Email Folders of a shared resource in Webmail.

1. Log into your webmail account
2. Select Email
3. On the list on the left, the Friendly Name for the users Email Folder will be displayed
4. Select the Email Folder folder for the shared resource
5. You can now view and select all contacts
