Users can be imported into a domain on the Smartermail email service.  This is useful for large customer bases.

We offer a service to import the initial users for a domain into the Smartermail email service.  If you wish to obtain a price for this service please raise a Support Ticket.

User information can be imported from a file or via a connection to Active Directory.  Active Directory requires access to your LDAP server where the information must be stored.  If a file is provided the information required is listed below:

• User
• Password
• First Name
• Last Name
• Max user storage
