How to Share Calendar, Contacts, Email, Tasks, Notes to others

Within a domain you can share resources such as Calendar, Email Folders, Notes, Tasks and Contacts between users.  This article explains the steps for sharing your information with another user.

  1. Log in to the webmail system
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Open the Sharing Folder
  4. Select Shared Resources
  5. Select the item you wish to share
  6. Select Next
  7. Select if you want to share with a specific User or a Group (note the groups are distribution lists)
  8. Select the User or Group you require
  9. Select the Access you wish to provide them
  10. Select Save

If you wish to add further user or groups to your Shared Resource, select the item and select Edit.  You can then Select Add Permission for additional Users or Groups or Select a User or Group for Deleting.
