To view a resource that has been shared, you must map the resources to your account. 

To map a resource to your account, the resource must first be shared.  The following article discusses how to share a resource

To Map a resource to your account, follow these steps.

1. Login to your webmail account
2. Select Settings
3. Open the Sharing Folder
4. Select Mapped Resources
5. Select the resource you wish to attach
6. Select Attach

The resources will now be available for use.
