To allow you to compose an email in another languages character set you need to set the Text Encoding for Composing emails in your webmail account.  To enable, please follow these instructions:

1. Log into your webmail account
2. Select Settings
3. Select Account Settings
4. Select the Compose tab
5. Change the Text Encoding to the character set of the language you would like to use.
6. Press Save

The character sets supported are:

• Chinese
• Cyrillic
• Greek
• Hebrew
• Japanese
• Korean
• Latin
• Thai
• Vietnamese
