You will see throughout these knowledge article references to bizmail.creativeanswers.com.au and mail.creativeanswers.com.au.  The two names are a result of changes we previously made to the email servers.  Either can be used for normal webmail or email client access.

If you require SSL, you must use bizmail.creativeanswers.com.au.
