You can create a signature for use when sending emails in webmail.  To create a Signature in webmail:

1. Login to your webmail account at http://bizmail.creativeanswers.com.au/
2. Click on Settings
3. Click My Settings
4. Click the Compose tab
5. Enter Signature information
6. Click Save
