DotNetNuke uses an editor that allows you to copy from Microsoft and paste to your website without the styles and font face definitions.  To copy from Microsoft and paste into your web site editor please follow the instructiosn below:

1. Log in to the website using a User account that enables you to edit the applicable module
2. Open the editor for the area you wish to paste text
3. Switch to the text you wish to copy and copy the text from the Microsoft product
4. Switch to the website editor. 
5. On the top row of the editor there is three paste buttons.  These are paste, paste plain text and paste from Word.  Paste plain text will remove all styles and fonts.  paste from Word gives you the option of removing font faces and/or styles.  Select the appropriate paste for your use.
