You can access your Creative Answers hosting account with WS_FTP Pro the same as you would use it for any other FTP sites.  To use WS_FTP Pro please use the following settings:

. Start WS_FTP Pro. Once you have started WS_FTP Pro it should open the FTP site manager.
2. Click Create Site Button to start Profile Wizard
3. Enter a name you want to identify your Creative Answers account in the Name Textbox
4. Enter a Create In location. If you are not sure, you can click the browse button to browse available folder.
5. Click Next
6. Enter http://ftp.yourdomain.com/ in the Host Name or IP Address Box. You can enter either your FTP address (ftp.yourdomain.com) or the temp FTP address in this box. Your FTP information can be found in the FTP Account Section of the control panel. Note: your FTP address will not work until your domain name is transferred.
7. Click Next
8. Enter your username in the User Id box.
9. Enter your password in the Password box.
10. Click Finish
