Creative Answers email system has the following limits

Mailbox Quota Size
Mailbox sizes are set using either the Control Panel or via your domain administrator login.

Maximum Email Message Size
All messages incoming, and outgoing are limited to 20 MB, including the size of the attachment(s).
Note: Even though the server can send and receive email up to 20 mega bytes in size, the size of an email you can receive is limited to available space in your mailbox. Also, when sending a message the size of an email (including attachments) may be limited by restrictions on the recipients’ mail server.

Note: The maximum attachment size through webmail is 2 MegaBytes.
