Errors when using Sync with Smartermail

Errors that are received when setting up Outlook to synchornise with your webmail using the client software are frequently caused by invalid login information.  The login information details are below:

The display URL to use is dependent on the email server you use to access your emails.  When you registered for an account you would have been provided with the email server information. 

For general users or small businesses the Display URL is mail.creativeanswers.com.au.

For medium businesses with domain administration to Display URL is bizmail.creativeanswers.com.au.

The login is your email address.

If the login fails please check that you have not entered a space after the email address.
