The password rules for your email accounts are:

• All passwords must be at least 7 characters in length and contain both capital and lowercase letters & numbers.
• The password can NOT be identical to the Username.

This rule increases security and helps customers remain secure from hackers and spammers.  You will not be forced to update your existing POP3 email accounts to meet the new rules unless you modify an existing email account that has a weak password.
