Nameserver Configuration
| A Name Server (also known as nameserver) is used to direct a domain to a computer IP address. If Creative Answers registers your domain then you do not need to set the name server as this will be completed for you. If you manage you domain registration then you need to configure the name server to direct your domain to Creative Answers hosting service. To do this login to your domain registrar using the information they provided you and go to the Name Server Settings. Delete the current nameservers and add the following name servers:
Once you have set you name servers, you are then ready to use Creative Answers hosting service. If you have not already done so, log into your Control Panel account and set up your domain. Please note that your ISP and others do not update the nameserver details immediately in their DNS. The change in nameservers could take up to 48 hours to propagate across the Internet.
