If you have NOT subscribed to the Activesync services for contacts and calendar you can only synchronise your "email" over the air. Please read this article for setting up email only http://client.creativeanswers.com.au/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=40. If you would like the full synchronisation function, please contact Creative Answers.

- Select Done
- By default the iPhone will only show you the last three days. To change this continue on otherwise jump to step 16
- Select the account you just created
- Select "Mail Days to Sync"
- Set the period you want to apply
- Your iPhone is now setup and ready for use. Press Home to go back to the home page. You can access Mail, Contacts and Calendars and it will synchronise with the server over the air.
Please note you require data access on your telco provider account. If you use WiFi only it is not needed.
If you have difficulties, the likley cause is one of the following:
- You made a typo in entering the details. Please note that if you make an error on the iPhone, it sometimes requires you to delete the account and start again as it will not allow you to edit some fields
- You do not have no network access via either WiFi or through your telco provider
