All Microsoft Access databases files (*.mdb) are to be uploaded to the "data" folder. The "data" folder is configured with enhanced security which prevents direct download from a web browser.   Please note the data folder is not a subfolder to wwwroot and should not be mixed up with any sub-folder called Data that may exist under wwwroot.
