Lost DNN host account password
| If you have lost your host account password, you can create another DNN host account. First, create a new user account using the admin user. Second, log into your DNN site's SQL database and promote this user to have the permissions of the host account. To do this you need to remotely connect to the DNN site's database, open the "users" table and set the "IsSuperUser" field to "true" for the account you created and then set the "IsSuperUser" field to "false" for the original host account. We can complete this process for you for an administrative fee of $50. If you want us to complete this, please submit a ticket to our support portal, including your domain name, the name of the registered account that you want to promote, and the last 4 digits of a credit card registered to the account for verification purposes. |
