Using the Control Panel you can create one or more FTP accounts for your website.  Each FTP account can be setup to point to any folder in your hosting account.

To setup the FTP, login to your Control Panel account at http://panel.creativeanswers.com.au.  Select FTP on the left menu and then select Create FTP.
