What is an Instant Alias (also known as prepropagation)

When you transfer a website to Creative Answers, you can access your site for loading and testing your website using a temporary URL or domain name. This provides you with full access allowing you to minimise any interruption to your website during the transition.

To activate instant alias on a web site please follow the following steps:

Login to your Control Panel account
Select Domains
Select the domain you want the Instant Alias activated on
Enable Instant Alias

The Instant Alias will be yourdomainname.cawinsvr.com.au

To remove the Instant Alias, follow the same steps except Select remove on the final step.
