To send an SMS via Email to an inetrnational number use the following format:

[country code] [mobile number]@pcsms.com.au

For example, New Zealand's country code is 64.  Therefore, to send to a New Zealnd mobile the format would be 649400900538@pcsms.com.au.  The hyperthetical number after the New Zealand country code of 64 is the New Zealand mobile without the leading zero.
