Upgrading your Online Backup Software

To upgrade Creative Answers Online Backup software, please follow the instructions below.

Download the latest software by clicking here
Run the setup to install the software
When asked to uninstall the previous version, please select Yes. Your previous settings will be retained.
Continue through the installation process to Finish

When complete, the software should have the same settings as the previous installation. You will need to configure any new features.
