How do I disable the Open file Backup feature?

You can disable the open backup feature in Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows 2008 and Windows Vista using teh menu. Please follow these instructions:

Goto Tools > Preferences
Deselect the option ‘Enable Open file Backup (available only for Windows XP, Windows 2003 and Windows Vista)
