Overview of Sharing Resources between email users
| This article provides an overview on sharing resources between email users in a webmail. The type of resources that can be shared are Email Folders, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks and Notes.
The first step is for the email resource to share the resource to a specific User or Group. A User being a specific email account or a Group being a Multi Recipient Address List (Distribution List). If a user wishes to limit the visibility of their information to a sepcific set of users then the User option should be selected. If a user wishes to share with a broader group then the Group option is should be used. For example, a business that wishes to share the Calendars across all users should share to a Group called Everyone.
